What’s Included in the Surf Lessons?
Lessons usually start in the morning. You’ll meet your instructor at the beach and begin with a short warm-up. Then you’ll spend about 20 minutes on the sand learning the basics — like how to stand up on the board and stay safe in the water.
After that, you’ll get on a boat with your instructor and head out to the surf spot. You’ll spend around 1 hour and 40 minutes in the water practicing with help from your instructor the whole time. When the session ends, the group comes back to the beach.
